Nice little café to take a break, highly recommended cream puffs!

A very nice inn in the middle of Gößweinstein, opposite the pilgrimage church. The rooms are renovated, modern and we really liked them. Homemade jam is served for breakfast, which is delicious! Monday and Tuesday the restaurant in the house was open until 9.30 p.m., so we could have dinner there. The food was very tasty, even a vegetarian meal was prepared on request, although it was not on the menu. We also ate cake in the inn. This is homemade and tastes delicious. All in all, the inn offers very tasty food, which we definitely recommend. All of the staff at the inn were always very friendly and tried hard to please the guests. We felt very comfortable here and would love to come back.

Very good hospitality and well-kept rooms

Booked at booking.com for a short time and then we stood in front of closed doors. Owner was also not reachable by phone. Not recommendable

on the hazelnut cup were only 2 hazelnuts, one of which was rancid. The menu included "cappuccino" and "big cappuccino". We ordered 2 cappuccinos and on the "bill" were then two large cappuccini. When I asked the waitress about it, she simply said "yes, there were 2 large cappuccinos - I should have asked when ordering again" No, not really - if I had wanted big, I would have ordered big ..... very naughty: - /

Very nice restaurant and delicious cakes

Friendly restaurant. Good selection of home cooked traditional food. Stopped for lunch, had Gulasch soup and bratwurst wine soup. Both delicious. Tried their beer ice cream after a long walk and was superb!

An old school, friendly and attentive service. The Merettichschnitzel and the dumpling with sauce tasted very good. Was in our transit a very nice retreat.

Very friendly hosts, delicious food and ice cream in the street sale. Homemade jams for breakfast and fresh bread and daily for breakfast an egg. A little sympathetic nostalgia in the decor is no reason not to feel comfortable. We were completely satisfied.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this accommodation. The friendliness of the hosts left much to be desired. We wanted on a Saturday (as house guests !!!) at 20:30 o'clock still something drink. This was unfortunately denied us: "It was a very stressful day and we have to get up early tomorrow". We also had an extra bed in one of the two rooms. This was an imposition. You could as well have slept on the floor, so hard was the "bed". When I spoke to this, I was smiled at with the statement "We know that, but can not change".
